Why Chamberlain is the best option for earning your BSN degree online
130 years of nurse education
Chamberlain has provided access to educational opportunities and supplied the healthcare field with extraordinary nurses for over a century. Today, we’re proud to have the largest pre-licensure BSN program in the nation.
Courses are broken out into 8-week sessions, with two sessions equaling 1 semester. Once you get to your clinical courses you can expect clinical experiences to occur 4 – 8 days per session with the total number of on-site days ranging from 3 – 6 days. The remaining 1 – 2 days will be virtual. In-person clinical experiences typically occur over a 2-week period. Times are subject to change based on clinical course hour requirements and availability at a clinical partner site.
This multimedia dynamic online environment is more than just putting the same on-campus program online. The BSN Online Option’s multimedia delivery is enhanced by virtual simulations and labs as well as live instruction led by our experienced nurse educators. Plus, the BSN Online Option offers the same great features and benefits as Chamberlain’s traditional on-campus BSN degree program. No digital environment can replicate the high-touch nature of the nursing profession. BSN Online students will practice at assigned clinical sites. Assignments will be based on the clinical site availability, location is not guaranteed and may require travel.
